How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

It will take 2 weeks of working day to get your order delivered to you after the payment is verified. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame due to unforeseen circumstances such as custom clearance and so on.

Order not received after 2 weeks of working day?

Kindly check your order status at URL, if it’s “Sent”, you can track your order here with the provided tracking number.

  • The shipping times are estimates given by the postal service.
  • We will not be liable for missing parcel due to faults in the postal system. However, we will try our best to assist you in locating your parcel.
  • If your order is returned to us by the courier due to the absence of a recipient, we will contact you immediately. However, you shall bear the cost of the second delivery attempt.

Q. Why was my order cancelled?
A. If you have made an order and haven’t paid after 2 days, you will be sent a payment reminder stating that if you don’t make payment within 2 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.


Q. How do I know it’s pre-order or ready stock?
Our product page will state ‘Pre-Order’ on every pre-order product. 

Q. What if payment made, but the item(s) has sold out?
A. If above mentioned instance happened, our customer service team will inform you via email or call and will refund store credit to your account.

Q. Would you reserve my ordered items before payment make?
A. Payment shall be made within 2 working days after placing order. If it is a ready stock item, we will reserve the item for you only IF payment or deposit is received.

Q. Do you have a store for me to see the item(s)?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store yet. Please do not be hesitated to contact our customer service team via Live Chat, if you have any questions regarding the products.

Q. Is the stated measurement exactly the same with the product(s)?
A. The stated measurements are for reference only; there may be a 1 – 3CM difference in measurements depending on how the item is measured and workmanship.
