All products are checked with no prominent defects and in good condition before shipping out for delivery. However, if there are problems with the item(s) you received, we do accept return/exchange following our return policy written below.

Item(s) is returnable/exchangeable within 3 days from the date of receiving. Please make sure it complies with our policy below before making request for a return/exchange.

1. Customers need to submit the request within 3 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 3 days will not be entertained.
2. Request must be submitted together with photo showing the problems of the item.
3. Items must be sent out from customer’s side within 3 days upon successful request.
4. Postage of return and replacement will be borne by us for the items with reason stated at "Returnable/Exchangeable" Section.
5. If customers received damaged/stained items, and request to change to different designs or colors, postage of return and replacement will be borne by customers.
6. Items can be exchanged with the same design and color only.
7. Remaining top up has to be paid if higher price item is selected. Balance will be credited back to your account balance if lower price item is selected. No refund is allowed.
8. We do not exchange to a new piece of item which is not in your order.

1. Items that are terribly damage or massively stained.
2. Items that are with prominent and obvious quality problems.
3. Wrong items from what you have ordered. (Example. wrong item, style or color)

1. Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
2. Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (Example. button, pocket, or tag)
3. Transparent slightly or bad odor.
4. Size measurement differs about 1-3cm.
5. Customers who did not inform us and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
6. Sold out items are not available for exchange.
7. Sales items are not allowed to return or exchange for any reason except damaged items.
8. Customer’s personal feeling or subjective perception is not accepted for exchange or refund (based on the fact that the product is not perfectly suit you or the end result does not meet your expectation.)
9. Customer carelessly damaged the product(s) whiling opening/un-boxing the parcel.
10. Sale or markdown products are non-refundable.
11. A manufacturing defect does not include stray threads or removable dirt.

All refunds will be issued in the form of store credits.

We shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.
